How Do Professionals Clean Air Ducts?
The technician will begin with inspecting the duct system, before arranging the vacuum collection unit. Negative air pressure is generated from the vacuum to ensure dust, dirt and other debris do not spread around the house and instead will be collected by the vacuum. Then technician will start agitating the walls of the duct work, removing pollutants such as dirt and pollen stuck on the ducts walls. If odor is a problem, a separate maintenance can be performed that will run an antibacterial mist throughout the AC system.
