Thinking of getting a new AC System?

We are happy to offer a free year of AC maintenance when you purchase a new AC system from us. This includes 2 maintenance visits for the year, a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty, and a 1-year labor warranty. We provide free estimates for new AC systems and offer RUDD, Trane, other major brands of equipment.

What’s included in a Maintenance?

Our professional technicians clean the Air Handler (Inside Unit), Condenser Unit (Outside Unit), and condensate drain line. Our technicians also inspect the system and check the indoor and outdoor coils, safety controls, electric heater, electrical connections, and moving parts. They ensure proper system voltage and amperage, proper temperature differential, and proper airflow.

Please Note: Due to new EPA regulations, as of January 1rst 2025, manufacturers will be prohibited from production of the current R-410a systems. Many manufacturers have already ceased production of R-410a systems and have begun production of the soon to be required A2L-based refrigerant systems. While R-410a systems will be able to be sold and installed after January 1rst, we expect equipment shortages as we approach this transition.
