What’s included in Maintenance? .

Our professional technicians clean the Air Handler (Inside Unit), Condenser Unit (Outside Unit), and condensate drain line. They carefully remove dirt, dust, and debris that reduce system efficiency. The technicians also inspect the system and check the indoor and outdoor coils, safety controls, electric heater, electrical connections, and moving parts. Additionally, they ensure proper system voltage and amperage, proper temperature differential, and proper airflow. Lastly, they verify all components are operating correctly to maintain energy efficiency and extend equipment lifespan.

Please Note.: As of January 1st 2025, new EPA regulations will prohibit manufacturers from producing any new R-410a systems. Many manufacturers have already ceased production of R-410a systems. Now, manufacturers have begun production of the soon to be required A2L-based systems. While R-410a systems will be sold and installed after January 1st, equipment shortages are expected as this transition approaches.
