Warranty Parts

At EzE Air Solutions, we make the warranty process as “E-Z” as possible for our customers. When we procure and install your HVAC system, we register the equipment and eligible parts with the manufacturer. Most manufacturers offer limited warranties on parts, with some providing coverage for up to 10 years. We also help you understand the warranty coverage available for your specific equipment.

Occasionally, an HVAC repair requires a replacement component. First, our technician checks the system and determines whether the part qualifies for coverage. We then work with our vendors to find the correct component for your HVAC system. Our team also handles the necessary vendor paperwork and warranty claims on your behalf. In many cases, we can secure full coverage for eligible components. However, some vendors may charge a small fee for shipping and handling. Once we receive the replacement part, our goal is to return and complete the repair as quickly as possible. Vendor availability and shipping times can affect how soon we can obtain the necessary component.
